Management of two business units with responsibility for strategy, operational control, and financial viability. The central task is ensuring service quality while maintaining budget and personnel accountability.

Your responsibilities

Develop and manage the strategic direction of business units
Take on operational management of on-site services
Conduct budget planning, cost control, and reporting to the board
Ensure quality assurance in coordination with technical management
Build and maintain cooperation with authorities, funding bodies, and network partners
Lead team management, motivation, and professional development of staff
Execute workforce planning and development for the responsible areas
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
Initiate and oversee certification processes and internal audits
Handle external representation of the areas and acquisition of third-party funding

Your profile

Completed university degree (Social Work, Social Economics, Health/Nursing Sciences, Business Administration or similar)
Focus on economic management
Several years of leadership experience in the social sector, ideally in residential care or integration assistance
In-depth knowledge of Austrian social legislation
Experience in budget responsibility, calculation, and controlling of social services
Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action competence
High social competence and empathy for clients
Assertiveness and negotiation skills with stakeholders
Structured working methods and resilience in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
