Leadership and overall responsibility for the Rhine Valley Flood Protection Project: You will manage the organization technically, personnel-wise, and financially. This includes long-term planning and the implementation of construction and investment programs, taking into account ecology and public interests.

Your responsibilities

Assume technical leadership of the organization
Exercise personnel leadership and responsibility
Carry financial leadership and budget responsibility
Take overall responsibility for the Rhine Valley Flood Protection Project
Responsible for long-term planning of construction and investment programs
Manage the implementation of construction and investment programs
Coordinate flood protection, ecology, and public interests
Representation with authorities in Switzerland and Austria
Representation with political bodies and other stakeholders
Lead complex infrastructure and construction projects

Your profile

Completed studies in civil, environmental, or cultural engineering
At least 5 years of leadership experience in infrastructure or construction projects
Experience with river, water, tunnel, or specialized construction
Negotiation skills
Decisiveness
Enthusiasm for implementation
Confident demeanor
Strong qualities in personnel leadership
Ability to reconcile diverse interests
Experience in financial responsibility and budget management
