Your profile

Completed tax advisor examination
Extensive experience in tax consulting or auditing (approx. 8–15+ years)
Currently in a leadership role (e.g., Senior Manager, Partner, or Location Director)
Strong entrepreneurial thinking
Experience in client management
Experience in business development
Proven leadership skills
Focus on employee development and team building
Strong economic understanding
Affinity for digitalization and AI and the ability to translate these into business models and processes
