We are looking for a full-time Managing Director and Host to take overall responsibility for an established camping operation. You will manage the location both operationally and strategically, actively participate in day-to-day operations, and develop offers for guests.

Your responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the operational camping site
Overall responsibility for the restaurant operation
Overall responsibility for the shop operation
Participation in administrative tasks
Work at the reception
Involvement in the Food & Beverage area
Budget planning and investment responsibility
Monitoring and controlling relevant key figures
Staff leadership and deployment planning
Further development and support of employees
Development and implementation of sales and marketing measures
Planning and execution of events
Ensuring high quality standards
Professional complaint management
Collaborating with executive management

Your profile

Completed training in hospitality, tourism, or a comparable field (e.g., hospitality management school)
Valid hospitality license
Several years of management experience in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, or comparable service environment
Strong entrepreneurial thinking
Structured, solution-oriented way of working
Strong hosting skills
Enjoyment in dealing with people
Proficient in handling business management key figures
Proficient in using IT systems
Proficient in administrative processes
Ability to further develop camping, gastronomic, and leisure offerings while considering market trends, guest needs, and economic goals
Excellent German language skills, both oral and written
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Additional language skills are advantageous
