Head of Vacant Property Management

• Oversee the entire vacant property management process from planning to handover.
• Prepare the necessary inventory and submission plans.
• Develop contract award proposals from framework agreements or direct awards for construction services.
• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction work.
• Ensure compliance with schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Lead approximately 150 employees across two management levels.
• Develop leadership staff further and establish clear structures and accountability.
• Manage the division with a performance, productivity, and quality transparency indicator system.
• Take responsibility for budget, personnel, and cost centers, making decisions on resources, overtime, and structural adjustments.
• Ensure the flow of information between management, clients, departments, and operational units, and implement issues consistently.

• Academic education (University/University of Applied Sciences)
• At least seven years of leadership experience in an operational management role in the construction sector.
• Advantage: experience with apartment renovations.
• Experience in managing large organizational units with multiple management levels.
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Confident and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficient in using controlling instruments.
• Conceptual strength.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
