Leadership and operational management of a tax consultancy, responsible for team leadership, client service, and business development. A central task is the strategic advancement of processes and services, as well as promoting digitalization and innovative consulting approaches.

Your responsibilities

Strategic management of the tax division
Operational management of daily business activities
Leadership and management of a qualified team
Development and promotion of employees
Service of demanding clients
Expansion of existing client relationships
Further development of internal processes
Design and optimization of services
Identification of new business opportunities
Representation with clients and network partners

Your profile

Completed tax advisor examination
Extensive experience in tax consulting or auditing (approx. 8–15+ years)
Currently in a senior role (e.g., Senior Manager, Partner, or Branch Manager)
Strong entrepreneurial thinking
Experience in client management and business development
Proven leadership skills with a focus on employee development
Experience in team building
Strong economic understanding and ability to actively drive growth
Affinity for digitalization and artificial intelligence, and the ability to incorporate them into business models and processes
Strong market presence or clear connection to the Vienna area
