Your responsibilities

Leading and optimizing global supply chain operations
Managing S&OP processes
Responsible for production planning
Monitoring inventory management
Directing logistics and plant operations
Ensuring reliable material flows and efficient warehousing processes
Guaranteeing excellent customer service across all locations
Driving cost optimization, productivity improvements, and KPI-based performance management
Ensuring supply chain readiness for new programs, changes, and ramp-ups
Acting as Business Stream Lead in the SAP S/4HANA ERP and digitalization program, implementing end-to-end processes

Your profile

At least 3 years of leadership experience in an international environment
At least 5 years of experience in global corporations with international supply chains
Extensive experience in industrial production
Expertise in S&OP
Expertise in supply chain management
Experience in warehouse and transport management
Knowledge in plant logistics and customs processes
SAP competency; experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous
Business fluent in English; German is beneficial
Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%; knowledge in the automotive sector is advantageous
