Director Group Consolidation
You are responsible for group-wide consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. You manage intercompany reconciliations, coordinate local finance teams, and ensure effective processes, reliable data, and timely deadlines.
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for complete group consolidation
- Coordination and execution of all intercompany reconciliations
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Ensuring compliance with closing deadlines
- Monitoring and ensuring data quality for consolidation purposes
- Further development of group accounting policies
- Establishing and standardizing group reports
- Introduction and implementation of a modern consolidation tool
- Supporting the rollout of a group-wide ERP system
- Function as a sparring partner for local finance teams
- Direct reporting to the CFO
- Leading a team of four across two locations
Your profile
- Comprehensive, practical IFRS knowledge
- Solid knowledge of UGB and/or HGB
- Several years of international consolidation experience
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements
- Experience with intercompany reconciliations
- Familiarity with complex international corporate structures
- Experience with project-based business models (project business)
- Ability to implement structures and engage people
- Competence in clarifying and simplifying complex matters
- Precise and effective communication in German
- Precise and effective communication in English
