Director Global Quality Management

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the QM teams in Salzburg and Carinthia
• Further development of the QM teams and management of local team leaders
• Management of resources, budgets, priorities, and escalations
• Definition of location-specific goals and key performance indicators
• Derivation of action plans and improvement programs from key performance indicators
• Design of the global quality strategy and development of uniform minimum standards
• Strategic quality support for locations in the USA, China, South Korea, and Romania
• Development of cross-location quality processes, audit programs, reporting, and management reviews
• Further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and relevant management standards in coordination with IMS
• Ensuring compliance with customer, legal, classification, and certification requirements and standardizing central quality processes

• Leadership personality with motivational skills, accountability, decision-making strength, and a pronounced quality awareness
• Structured and implementation-oriented working style
• Confident communication with management, executives, customers, auditors, and international teams
• Technical education (e.g., HTL or university degree in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Alternatively, training as a master craftsman or technician with solid practical experience
• Several years of QM experience in a manufacturing industrial company
• Experience in leadership responsibility
• Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 as well as experience with management systems, audits, and certifications
• In-depth knowledge of QM methods, complaint management, KPI control, and supplier quality
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP; experience with CAQ or QMS systems is advantageous; excellent German and English skills; willingness to travel internationally and be present in Salzburg and Carinthia
