You bear comprehensive financial responsibility for an internationally active business unit, overseeing accounting, controlling, and tax. In this management position, you are a key sparring partner for management, shaping transparency, performance, and further growth.

Your responsibilities

Overseeing accounting, controlling, and tax for an international business unit
Leading and further developing the finance organization both functionally and disciplinarily
Ensuring timely IFRS-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Creating and maintaining high-quality reporting
Enhancing budget, forecast, and planning processes
Analyzing international project business, including result and risk transparency
Actively managing international project business
Contributing to the design of calculation and cost accounting processes
Close sparring and collaboration with business unit management and holding
Participating in strategic initiatives, M&A projects, investment decisions, and business cases

Your profile

Completed studies with a focus on finance, audit, or controlling, or a comparable field
Extensive experience in financial responsibility within an international corporate environment or project business
Broad understanding of accounting, financial reporting, controlling, and tax relationships
Strong IFRS knowledge
Experienced in handling corporate-wide reporting requirements
Experience with S/4HANA preferred; alternatively, proficiency with modern BI and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Power BI)
Professional and disciplinary leadership experience
Entrepreneurial, committed, and socially skilled leadership personality
Strategic clarity along with high result responsibility and integrity
Very good German and English skills; willingness to travel approximately 20%
