Director Finance Business Unit

• Overall responsibility for accounting, controlling, and taxation of the international business unit
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the finance organization
• Further development of the financial structure and department
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS
• Ensuring high-quality reporting
• Optimization of budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Analysis and management of international projects with results and risk overview
• Co-design of calculation and cost accounting procedures
• Close collaboration and strategic partnership with business unit management and holding company
• Expansion of financial processes, structures, and systems in an international context
• Participation in strategic initiatives, M&A projects, investment decisions, and business cases

• Completed studies with a focus on finance, audit, or controlling or comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in financial responsibility within an international corporate environment
• Experience in international project business
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting, balance sheet, controlling, and tax relationships
• Knowledge of IFRS standards
• Experienced in handling group-wide reporting requirements
• Experience with S/4HANA preferred
• Knowledge in modern BI and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Power BI
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a confident leadership personality

• Very good German and English skills
