You will take comprehensive leadership of purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management, and strategically develop these areas further. Central to this role is ensuring efficient, timely, and sustainable material supply for production, as well as optimizing the entire value chain.

Your responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for purchasing, supply chain, logistics, as well as demand and production planning.
Strategically develop procurement processes, supplier structures, and inventory management.
Ensure economical, timely, and sustainable production supply.
Optimize the value and material flow chain from supplier to customer delivery.
Lead and develop teams with a focus on performance and collaboration.
Build and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost, quality, and supply advantages.
Manage central KPI systems, derive measures, and implement them.
Take responsibility for budget planning, contribution to results, and productivity targets.
Drive standardization, digitization, and optimization projects along the supply chain.
Manage escalations in critical purchasing, delivery, and logistics issues.

Your profile

Completed technical or commercial education
Solid leadership experience in a comparable management role in purchasing and logistics / supply chain.
Demonstrable success in developing procurement organizations
Experience in supplier management
Professional experience in operational logistics
A strong communicator and visionary leader with team development skills.
Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
Entrepreneurial thinking
A proactive personality with a hands-on mentality and organizational skills.
German and English at a fluent business level
