You manage procurement, logistics, and supply chain management comprehensively, taking full responsibility for supply, planning, and material flow. You strategically and operationally shape procurement processes, inventory management, and the development of the value chain.

Your responsibilities

Leading the procurement, supply chain, and logistics areas, including demand and production planning
Developing procurement processes
Optimizing supplier structures
Managing inventory control
Ensuring economic, timely, and sustainable supply of production
Optimizing the value and material flow chain from supplier to customer delivery
Leading and developing teams with a focus on performance and collaboration
Building and implementing procurement strategies to achieve cost, quality, and supply objectives
Managing central KPI systems and deriving and implementing effective actions
Driving standardization, digitization, and optimization projects as well as escalation management

Your profile

Proven leadership experience in a comparable management role in procurement and logistics/supply chain
Professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company
Completed technical or commercial education
Demonstrable success in developing procurement organizations
Experience in supplier management
Professional experience in operational logistics
Communicative, visionary leadership personality with team development skills
Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation skills with a hands-on mentality
German and English at a fluent business level
