As Commercial Director, you will lead the establishment and further development of the Austrian market entry for a new automotive brand. You will be responsible for the commercial management of sales, marketing, and customer service, as well as building the team and dealer network.

Your responsibilities

Development of market entry and growth strategy for Austria
Implementation of the market entry and growth strategy
Overall commercial responsibility for sales, marketing, and aftersales
Building a local sales team
Leadership of the local team
Further development of the local team
Establishment of an Austrian dealer and service network
Management and development of the dealer and service network
Planning of sales volumes and creating forecasts
Inventory management
Maintenance and monitoring of the sales pipeline
Conducting performance reports
Negotiating with the vehicle manufacturer
Representing the requirements of the Austrian market
Planning efficient advertising campaigns

Your profile

At least five years of professional experience in a comparable commercial position in the automotive industry
Experience on the OEM side
Experience in national sales company positions
Experience on the importer or distributor side
Good knowledge of the Austrian automotive market
In-depth knowledge of Austria's dealer landscape
Experience with brand launches
Knowledge in market entry of newly introduced products
Experience in building new business structures
Holistic view of sales, marketing, and customer service
Experience in developing dealer networks
Independent and entrepreneurial approach
High implementation competence, especially in greenfield environments
Fluent German at a native level
Very good business English
