You take on the operational and strategic management of multiple hotel locations and are responsible for revenue, cost, and budget targets. Additionally, you lead and develop the teams across locations and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Operational management of the Röthelstein and Spital am Pyhrn locations
Strategic leadership of the mentioned locations
Responsibility for achieving revenue targets
Responsibility for cost control at the locations
Ensuring budget targets
Bundling and coordinating regional processes
Ensuring smooth operations at all locations
Regional representation of the locations
Cross-location team leadership
Motivation of on-site staff
Development of staff and teams
Practical support with a hands-on approach
Ensuring hotel standards
Continuous optimization of the guest experience
Strengthening regional positioning

Your profile

Training in hotel management
Several years of leadership experience
Ideally, experience in a cluster or management role
Strong execution skills
Strong initiative
Commercial foresight
Confident demeanor
Fluent in German
Fluent in English
Willingness for regular presence at all locations
Proficient use of MS Office
Proficient use of Google Workspace
Proficient use of modern hotel software
