As Head of IT and Digitalization, you take on the strategic responsibility for IT and digitalization concerns across the entire group of companies. You provide professional and budgetary leadership for the department heads of IT/EDP, Ticketing, Digital, and Data Protection/ISO, shaping the group's digital transformation.

Your responsibilities

Development and implementation of the IT strategy, including the roadmap.
Professional and strategic leadership of IT/EDP, Ticketing, Digital, and Data Protection/ISO areas.
Coordination with departments and management of the 15 subsidiaries.
Establish and chair a group-wide IT governance.
Management of the IT portfolio as well as investments and budgets of the four areas.
Leading group-wide projects and programs.
Responsibility for enterprise, data, and technology architecture.
Ensuring a stable, secure, and cost-effective IT and digitalization operation.
Implementation of the security baseline and business continuity management; compliance with regulatory requirements.
Development and management of AI and data-driven applications.

Your profile

Completed degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent).
Several years of leadership experience in an IT management role with personnel responsibility.
Proven successes in IT transformation initiatives.
Expertise in infrastructure and workplace environments.
Expertise in ticketing and CRM systems.
Understanding of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and service management.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements like GDPR and EU AI Act.
Project and program management competence.
Experience in leading multiple teams or department heads.
Excellent German and good English skills
