We are looking for an experienced leadership personality as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You will take charge of the finance, controlling, reporting, IT, and HR departments, shaping the financial strategy as well as planning and control processes.

Your responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the finance department
Oversee controlling and reporting
Manage IT concerns within the finance organization
Manage HR concerns within the finance organization
Further develop the financial strategy
Implement a reliable planning and control system
Optimize processes in the finance department
Optimize structures in the finance department
Increase transparency in the finance department
Support management in strategic decision-making
Manage liquidity management
Manage working capital management
Communicate with banks
Communicate with auditors
Communicate with other external stakeholders

Your profile

Completed business administration degree
Or a comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience in finance
Experience in roles such as CFO, commercial director, or finance director
Solid knowledge in the field of finance
In-depth knowledge in controlling
Solid knowledge in accounting
Knowledge in strategic corporate management
Experience in designing change processes
Experience in strengthening finance organizations
Strong analytical skills
Solution-oriented work
High degree of reliability
Strong communication skills
Confident demeanor towards internal stakeholders
