As the operations manager, you will lead a modern company restaurant and be responsible for managing the entire operation. You will oversee the preparation and presentation of meals and take on administrative tasks as well as team leadership.
Your responsibilities
- Overall management of the company restaurant
- Leadership and guidance of staff
- Participation in daily operations
- Preparation of meals
- Presentation of meals
- Placing of orders
- Conducting inventory checks
- Creation and maintenance of reports
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial
- Assertiveness
- High resilience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good German skills (Level B2)
- Leadership skills for managing staff
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality guidelines
- Experience in meal preparation and presentation
- Experience with administrative activities such as orders, inventories, or reporting
