You manage a modern corporate cafeteria full-time and hold overall operational responsibility. Your core tasks include leading the team and preparing and presenting the meals.
Your responsibilities
- Management of the entire cafeteria and responsibility for operations
- Leadership and guidance of employees
- Operational involvement in daily business
- Preparation of meals
- Attractive presentation of dishes
- Placing of orders
- Conducting inventory checks
- Creation and maintenance of reports
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
- Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- Assertiveness
- Resilience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good German skills (Level B2)
- Leadership ability or experience in staff management
- Experience in meal preparation
- Experience in presenting dishes
- Experience in handling orders
- Experience in inventory management
- Experience in report creation
