You will take on the professional leadership of the group-wide tax department and contribute to its further development. You will lead a team of four experts and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your responsibilities

Calculation of value-added tax
Calculation of ongoing income taxes (UGB)
Calculation of deferred income taxes (IFRS)
Preparation of tax planning calculations
Preparation of tax returns
Preparation of tax balance sheets
Review of tax assessments
Timely preparation of VAT advance notifications
Preparation of other tax declarations
Participation in transfer pricing documentation
Further development of transfer pricing documentation
Communication with tax authorities
Collaboration with external tax advisors and auditors
Participation in tax-related projects
Professional leadership of the four-member tax team

Your profile

Completed degree in economics
Ideally with a focus on taxes/accounting
Several years of experience in a tax firm
Several years of experience in the financial administration
Several years of experience in the tax department of a company
Initial leadership experience
Willingness to take on leadership responsibility
Good knowledge of Austrian tax law
Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
SAP knowledge (advantageous)
Experience with margin tax (advantageous)
Analytical work approach
