Leadership of the Regional Work with responsibility for the professional guidance and strategic direction of a twelve-member team. Central task includes supporting multipliers in parishes and communities and implementing the vision of the Young Church on-site.

Your responsibilities

Leadership of the Regional Work team (12 people)
Qualitative professional support of employees
Management and maintenance of internal communication flows
Promotion of a positive team culture
Implementation of the Young Church's vision in regional offerings
Controlling in accordance with agreed goals and work methods
Administration and monitoring of budgets
Participation in the leadership team of the Young Church
Development and coordination of offerings for on-site multipliers
Planning and organization of regional deployments and appointments

Your profile

Theological education
Educational training
Experience in team leadership
Experience in parish children and youth pastoral care
Willingness for occasional weekend and evening duties
Membership in the Catholic Church
Active participation in church life
Very good PC skills, especially Office365 products
Knowledge of OneNote
Knowledge of MS Teams
