You manage a department with around 45 employees and bear operational as well as strategic responsibility for a complex infrastructure and operational environment. Your main task is to ensure a secure, efficient, and future-oriented operation and to further develop the organization, processes, and standards. Additionally, you act as a sparring partner for the regional management in shaping the department.

Your responsibilities

Managing a department with approximately 45 employees
Further developing the organizational unit with a focus on staff development
Ensuring smooth operations as well as high service and safety quality
Planning operational, infrastructural, and deployment-related measures

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Implementing and continuously developing quality, occupational safety, and process standards
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Your profile

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university or equivalent)
Several years of leadership experience
Experience in leading larger teams
Experience in cross-departmental or cross-location activities (advantageous)
Knowledge in infrastructure, transport, construction, or road environment (advantageous)
High organizational competence
Strong strategic competence
Assertiveness and decisiveness
Hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and social skills
