Department Head Finance

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about ten employees
• Responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping and corporate accounting
• Responsibility for the consolidation of the corporate group
• Leading the implementation of a new ERP system
• Further development and digitalization of business processes
• Establishment of a controlling function with planning, budgeting, forecasts, and key performance indicators
• Overall responsibility for Austrian payroll
• Evaluation of potential outsourcing of payroll
• Supervision and further development of corporate insurance

• Completed degree in economics with a focus on finance and accounting or commercial training with accounting certification
• Payroll accountant certification is an advantage but not a requirement
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting of a medium-sized company or group
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial statement preparation according to Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)
• Experience in group consolidation
• Experience with intercompany transactions and transfer pricing
• Leadership experience in professional and disciplinary management
• Experience in implementing or further developing an ERP system
• Solid understanding of Austrian payroll
• Clear communication skills, decisiveness, and ability to constructively implement changes
