You lead the Business Applications department and are responsible for the reliable operation and strategic development of central systems. This includes managing digitalization projects, analyzing business processes, and establishing application security standards.

Your responsibilities

Ensure the secure, stable, and efficient operation of central business applications (including D365 F&O, CRM, Web/E-Commerce)
Drive the strategic development of the system landscape
Plan and implement the introduction of new digital solutions
Analyze and optimize existing applications
Analyze business processes and identify optimization potentials
Promote digitalization and automation in collaboration with departments
Lead complex IT and digitalization projects
Set priorities and take on budget and resource responsibility
Ensure the performance, availability, and scalability of applications
Establish and develop application security standards, guidelines, and best practices

Your profile

Completed education or degree (HTL/FH/TU) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems
In-depth knowledge of Web and E-Commerce systems
Knowledge of modern IT architectures
Experience in managing business applications
Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams
Strong skills in process analysis
Skills in digitalization and interface management
Business fluent in German and English
