We are looking for an experienced executive to lead the accounting department both technically and organizationally. You will independently manage the accounting, prepare payroll, and handle administrative personnel matters.
Your responsibilities
- Technical leadership of accounting
- Organizational management of the accounting department
- Supervision and support of the responsible staff member
- Overall responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparation of quarterly financial statements
- Preparation of annual financial statements according to UGB
- Preparation and timely submission of tax reports and declarations
- Preparation of payroll
- Independent handling of administrative personnel matters
- Responsibility for liquidity management
- Processing of payment transactions
- Planning and monitoring of budgets
- Coordination and support of audits
- Close collaboration with controlling
Your profile
- Completed (balance sheet) accounting exam (ideally)
- Commercial education: HAK
- Commercial education: FH
- Business studies as a commercial qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in a managerial role
- Independent working style
