Your responsibilities

Leadership of technical staff in the facade division

Team development, including inventory assessment
Cost estimation for facade projects
Preparation of offers
Management and supervision of the execution phase
Billing of projects
Close coordination with other departments
Ongoing evaluation and optimization of execution processes
Resource planning for execution and ensuring defined quality standards

Completed technical education in construction
Several years of experience in the construction industry
Experience in a similar position
Knowledge in renovation and refurbishment
