You independently manage a garden center, taking on operational and economic responsibility. You oversee the team and product processes, optimize the sales area, and ensure high-quality customer advice even during peak seasons.

Your responsibilities

Independent management of the garden center
Reporting to the store management
Demand-oriented team scheduling
Advising customers indoors and outdoors
Coaching and motivating employees on the sales floor
Optimization of space management
Control of the product process
Implementation of advertising and promotional measures
Monitoring and analyzing the department's key figures
Initiating proactive measures to improve results

Your profile

Several years of experience as a leader in wholesale or retail
Preferably experience in managing a garden center or nursery
Experience in staff management
Ability to motivate and support employees
Strong sales skills
Good knowledge of the garden product range
High social competence in dealing with customers
Proficient PC user skills, especially Microsoft Office
Experience in handling key figures and their management
Team-oriented hands-on mentality
