Heading a Business IT division with responsibility for multiple specialized teams and the strategic direction of the IT landscape. A key task is the further development of digital solutions and the integration of Artificial Intelligence into business processes.

Your responsibilities

Technical leadership of the Business IT division and its associated teams
Disciplinary leadership of employees in AI Integration Management, ECM, PLM, and Online Business
Strategic advancement of the Business IT landscape with a focus on digitization and AI integration
Ensuring the operation of the managed Business IT services
Guaranteeing and controlling the quality of Business IT services
Continuous development of the managed Business IT services
Prioritizing and managing projects, requirements, and resources
Coordination and management of external partners
Development and implementation of a roadmap for AI-based business solutions
Close collaboration with internal departments and international stakeholders to implement digital initiatives

Your profile

Completed education in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in a leadership role within the Business IT, Enterprise Applications, or digitization environment
In-depth knowledge of Business Applications, System Integration, and Application Lifecycle Management
Experience in using Artificial Intelligence to optimize business processes
Understanding of modern IT architectures
Knowledge of security and data protection requirements
Experience with Opentext, PTC, Atlassian, TYPO3, Magento, Databricks is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Structured, solution-oriented way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as excellent German and English skills
