Head of After-Sales

You will take overall responsibility for the after-sales department and lead the workshop, service, and after-sales team. In doing so, you will manage the department using key figures and economic targets and shape change processes in collaboration with management.

Take overall responsibility for the after-sales department
Lead and develop workshop and service teams
Build and support the second level of management
Manage the department using relevant key figures
Ensure the economic targets of the department
Oversee complaint management
Manage building-related topics
Act as a commercial managing director
Work closely with management
Actively shape change processes

Your profile

Automobile technician certification or extensive relevant professional experience
Several years of management experience in dealership or after-sales environments
Solid technical expertise
Solid business management expertise
Experience in KPI-based management
Assertiveness
Presence
Modern, appreciative leadership style
Knowledge in complaint management
Qualification to act as a commercial managing director
