As an Associate in Technology Consulting, you work in project teams on strategic issues related to the development of IT organizations. Your main responsibility lies in the creation of concepts and the support of transformation projects through to implementation.

Your responsibilities

Developing and implementing IT strategies and transformation roadmaps
Analyzing existing IT organizations, processes, and operating models
Supporting the design of modern IT operating models and governance structures
Conducting maturity analyses and capability assessments
Contributing to target images and concepts for forward-looking IT organizations
Supporting cloud, digitalization, and transformation initiatives
Preparing management presentations and decision templates
Structuring, preparing, and moderating workshops with IT and business stakeholders
Supporting project management, e.g., planning, status tracking, and reporting
Collaborating on the preparation of proposals and client presentations

Your profile

Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable technology-related field
Interest in strategic IT management, digitalization, and modern IT operating models
Initial theoretical or practical experience with frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or TOGAF (advantageous)
Understanding the relationship between business requirements and IT
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a structured way of working
Enjoy teamwork, communication, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
High willingness to learn, initiative, and sense of responsibility
Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in a professional context
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
