After a one-year structured handover, you will assume sole management of technical facility management. Central to your role are the strategic advancement of the company as well as leading all areas with financial, personnel, and investment responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

Assume strategic overall responsibility for business development and market positioning
Identify and develop new business areas
Lead all company divisions
Take on budget, performance, and investment responsibilities
Ensure personnel management and development
Further develop the service portfolio technologically and qualitatively
Ensure operational excellence in customer care and service
Organize and optimize processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
Conduct contract negotiations and carry out regular alignment and reporting with owners/shareholders

Your profile

Completed technical-oriented degree (e.g., industrial engineering, building/energy technology, automation, mechatronics)
Several years of leadership experience at the management or department head level in a technical service or project environment
Experience in technical facility management (highly preferred)
Knowledge in automation
Knowledge in electrical engineering
Knowledge in digitization and digital business models
Knowledge in data protection
Experience in change and organizational development
Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and strategic foresight
Empathetic leadership style, hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility as well as customer and quality orientation; residence in the Linz/Upper Austria or Vienna/Lower Austria region
