Your profile
- Completed technical education in mechanical engineering or construction technology
- Alternatively, a degree in industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
- Initial experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge in the area of valuation is an advantage
- Skills in team development
- Experience in resource planning
- Competence in target management
- Strong interest in standardization processes
- Interest in digitalization processes
- Negotiable German proficiency
- Good English language skills
