Leadership of a valuation team, responsible for consistent assessments of machines, plants, and buildings. Key tasks include operational project involvement, management of key projects, and implementation of standardization and digitization measures.

Your responsibilities

Personal leadership of the valuation team
Technical leadership and development of the team's expertise
Strategic development of the team and its working methods
Operational involvement in valuation projects
Management of selected key projects with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring consistent, high-quality valuations
Ensuring comprehensive and meaningful result documentation
Identification of optimization, standardization, and digitization potentials
Implementation of optimization and standardization measures
Maintain and expand sustainable contacts with insurance, brokerage, and industrial companies

Your profile

Completed education (HTL, FH, or TU) in mechanical engineering, construction engineering, or industrial engineering
Strong competence in valuations
Experience in assessing plants or real estate
Several years of leadership experience
Competence in team and organizational development
Experience in resource planning
Experience in target management
Strong interest in standardization processes
Strong interest in digitization processes
Fluent in German and excellent in English
