Leadership of the legal department with responsibility for the legal oversight of all real estate matters and the professional leadership of the team. Key responsibilities include legal support for new construction projects, land issues, contractual matters, and representing the company in negotiations and proceedings.

Your responsibilities

Leading the legal department
Providing legal support for new construction projects
Acting as an internal contact for management and specialist departments
Coordinating collaboration with external lawyers, authorities, and experts
Conducting property assessments
Supporting the acquisition and consolidation of properties
Handling easements, land registry matters, and zoning procedures
Reviewing and resolving warranty and compensation issues
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, as well as maintaining contract documentation
Representing the company in construction negotiations and in court

Your profile

Degree in law
Several years of relevant professional experience
Ideally, experience in a non-profit housing association or the real estate industry
Advanced knowledge of property law as well as land transfer and land registry affairs
Knowledge of contract law and construction law
Familiarity with WEG, WGG, and MRG
Experience with compliance, data protection, or risk management
Interest in real estate, technology, and construction
Willingness to acquire additional legal fields (e.g., labor law)
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills, along with a respectful leadership style
