Your responsibilities

Management of the Electrical, Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology department
Planning and management of all maintenance activities
Documentation of maintenance work
Maintenance of technical documentation and database
Organization of maintenance and inspection processes to ensure plant availability
Leadership, development, and coordination of employees and external staff
Coordination and management of subcontractors and external partners
Initiation, planning, and implementation of technical projects up to commissioning
Responsibility for compressed air supply, ventilation and air conditioning technology, and fire alarm systems
Budget and cost center responsibility for the assigned technical areas

Your profile

Completed technical education at the level of a higher technical college, a university of applied sciences, or a university with a focus on Electrical, Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in Electrical, Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Solution-oriented leadership personality with a hands-on mentality
High communication skills
Ability to coordinate different interest groups
Flexibility and decisiveness in a dynamic technical environment
Very good knowledge of common office software
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Organizational talent and ability to develop and motivate employees
