Your responsibilities

Customer care
Implementation of agreed departmental goals and coordination with adjacent departments
Implementation of overarching strategies within the department
Development of department strategies
Initiating measures to enhance quality and efficiency
Ensuring efficient organization and process-compliant operations
Managing structures and processes in collaboration with internal and external service providers
Budget creation and adherence
Reporting to branch management
Guiding and developing employees

Your profile

Proven experience in logistics
Experience in a comparable position is an advantage
Fluent in German
Very good English skills are an asset
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Ability to lead and develop employees
Goal orientation and economic thinking
