You will take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for a production department with 20 employees in a highly regulated technology and production environment. The main tasks include managing shift operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements, and continuously developing production processes.

Your responsibilities

Assume strategic and operational overall responsibility for a production department with 20 members
Exercise technical and disciplinary leadership of the department
Guide and support employees in shift operations to work independently and systematically
Foster a work environment of trust and constructive error culture
Ensure high quality standards within the team
Continuously develop and optimize production processes
Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Control operational guidelines and examine their implementation
Monitor quality-related requirements and initiate corrective measures if needed
Contribute to and implement improvement measures in production

Your profile

Completed higher technical and/or commercial education at HTL, FH, or university
Focus of studies in mechanical engineering, automation technology, or industrial engineering, etc. (advantageous)
Relevant experience in technical and disciplinary leadership in a production environment
High leadership competence
Broad knowledge of standards and norms
Experience in environments with the highest demands on safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Very good German language skills
Good English language skills
