Responsible for the technical and personnel management of a property management department with a focus on operational property management and compliance with housing regulations. The central task is the management and continuous optimization of administrative processes, as well as the development of the team.

Your responsibilities

Manage the Property Management Department (both technically and personnel-wise)
Lead and support the employees
Participate in the operational management of properties
Attend owner and tenant meetings
Represent before conciliation boards and courts
Address and handle complex customer concerns
Coordinate communication with authorities, lawyers, and external partners
Ensure compliance with WGG, WEG, and MRG regulations
Organize, manage, and further develop ongoing administrative processes
Optimize existing processes in coordination with management and other areas

Your profile

Relevant professional training or completed studies
Several years of professional experience
Experience in managing WGG and WEG properties (advantageous)
In-depth knowledge of real estate management
Knowledge of housing law (WGG, WEG, MRG)
Qualification as a property manager or trustee (advantageous)
Leadership experience (advantageous)
Strong organizational skills
Structured and independent working style
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
