You will assume the professional and disciplinary leadership of a technical lighting department, responsible for operations, staff deployment planning, and the continuous optimization of internal processes. Central to the role is ensuring technically flawless operations and contributing to the development of the technical infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

Professional and disciplinary leadership of three teams
Promoting constructive collaboration within the department
Planning of staff deployment
Creation and management of shift schedules
Resource planning and management
Ensuring smooth technical operations
Implementation of proper technical requirements
Organization and coordination of internal workflows and processes
Continuous development of internal processes
Support with technical projects and participation in technological development

Your profile

Several years of experience in lighting, event, or theater technology, or a comparable technical environment
Experience in staff management
Experience in staff deployment planning
Strong organizational skills
Structured working style
Technical understanding of modern lighting systems
Knowledge of lighting consoles and technical processes
Ability to further develop established structures
High social competence
Confident presence and professional credibility with technical teams
