Lead a team in the area of construction accounting with both technical and disciplinary responsibility, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of inspection and billing processes. You are also responsible for defining relevant key metrics, reporting, and promoting digitalization and automation projects.

Your responsibilities

Take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 20 employees.
Strategically develop team members further.
Create a motivating, performance-enhancing work environment.
Ensure the results-oriented implementation of specified processes.
Conduct ongoing evaluation of processes and maintain their quality.
Utilize appropriate management and control tools.
Define relevant key metrics.
Professionally prepare reports for the departmental management.
Collaborate in a solution-oriented manner as a central interface with contractors.
Consistently drive forward digitalization and automation projects.

Your profile

At least three years of leadership experience.
Ability to further develop employees technically.
Ability to further develop employees personally.
Experience in team management.
Confidently accompany change processes.
Willingness to take on responsibility
Decisiveness
Ability to set clear priorities.
Completed technical education in construction (HTL, FH, or university) or equivalent expertise through practical experience.
Communication skills and empathy.
