We are seeking an experienced executive as a Technical Director for Building Construction (m/f/d). You will take on the technical and economic management of building construction projects and lead both skilled and administrative personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for the calculation, acquisition, and billing of construction projects.
Your responsibilities
- Technical supervision of building construction projects
- Overall economic responsibility for construction projects
- Coordination and management of subcontractors
- Organization and supervision of workflows on the construction site
- Creation and monitoring of construction schedules
- Independent calculation of building construction projects
- Development and maintenance of calculation master data
- Familiarization with calculation master data
- Acquisition of small to medium-sized construction projects
- Management of supervised construction projects
- Billing of construction projects
- Preparation of specifications
- Conducting mass calculations
- Leading skilled and administrative employees
Your profile
- Completed technical construction training
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in leading skilled personnel
- Experience in leading administrative personnel
- Technical understanding
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- High accuracy in work methods
- MS Office skills
- Knowledge of dealing with CRM systems
- Experience with calculation software (K3–K7 sheets)
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Class B driving license
