Management of the location with responsibility for external representation, strategic development, and economic control. A central task is leading the location, including acquisition, project management, and the maintenance and expansion of regional networks.

Your responsibilities

Acquisition of industrial clients from initial contact to contract completion.
Support and maintenance of industrial clients.
Creation and management of proposals.
Negotiation and signing of contracts.
Building and expanding networks with industry, science, and politics.
Strategic development and positioning of the location.
Responsibility for office infrastructure and working environment.
Operational involvement in industrial and research projects.
Leadership of industrial and research projects.
Representation of the location at events, trade fairs, and lectures.

Your profile

Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent).
At least 5 years of experience in leading (project) teams and projects.
In-depth expertise in applied research.
Experience in preparing and leading research projects.
Experience in conducting industrial projects nationally and internationally.
Practical sales strength and experience in acquiring industrial projects.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in networking with business, science, and politics.
Appreciative, motivating leadership style.
Willingness to travel, especially within the region and to other locations.
Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
