Project Manager Greenovation

• Build and expand regional networks and partnerships with companies, start-ups, schools, communities, and research institutions.
• Proactively approach and acquire companies and cooperation partners.
• Develop and conduct workshops, events, and new innovation formats.
• Create offerings for start-ups, entrepreneurship, STEM, and companies in transition.
• Use design thinking and creative methods for idea and format development.
• Implement projects and events organizationally and operationally.
• Further develop the existing offerings and networks of the technology center.
• Conduct documentation and surveys such as KPI and NPS.
• Support reporting and funding documentation.
• Make formats, projects, and successes visible in regional communication and social media and maintain them.

• Degree or experience in project management, regional development, innovation, business, technology, sustainability, education, or a comparable field.
• Good knowledge of Upper Austria's educational and business landscape.
• Existing regional networks are advantageous.
• Experience or interest in design thinking and innovation methods.
• Ability to develop new event formats.
• Enthusiasm for STEM, technology, digitization, sustainability, and future technologies.
• High sociability and excellent communication skills.
• Networking competence to connect various stakeholders.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Creativity and strong ability to implement ideas.

• Responsible role in a multi-year regional transformation project with a fixed-term employment contract until the end of 2028.
