Payroll Accountant
In this position, you will take over the complete payroll processing within a group of companies. You will apply various industry collective agreements and be responsible for managing employee-related claims and maintaining employee master data.
Your responsibilities
- Independent execution of payroll accounting with Sage
- Application of various industry collective agreements
- Management of working time claims
- Management of remuneration claims
- Maintenance of employee master data
- Creation of statistics for payroll processing
- Creation of evaluations in the HR field
- Acting as a contact person for payroll accounting
- Ensuring correct data processing in the HR area
- Communication regarding payroll inquiries
Your profile
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Excellent German skills for task execution and communication
- Experience with Sage Payroll Software
- Completed payroll accounting course
- Thorough knowledge of labor law
- In-depth knowledge of tax law
- Proficiency in electronic data processing
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Independent working style
- Responsible work ethic
