Head of Location & Offers

• Defining criteria for locations (size, service mix, social environment relation)
• Planning and managing location developments, start-ups, and adaptations
• Managing location and service portfolios in coordination with program and impact
• Ensuring the implementation of educational and psychosocial concepts as well as safeguarding
• Leading and supporting location managers, including setting targets
• Implementing and ensuring efficient leadership and communication processes
• Monitoring and assessing regional and nationwide developments
• Coordinating with communication and fundraising for location-based public relations
• Supporting fundraising activities and utilizing locations for branding and donation activities
• Assisting in organization, resource management, and location profiling

• Completed relevant studies (e.g., social pedagogy, psychology, social work, education sciences, or comparable)
• Several years of management experience in complex social or educational institutions, ideally organized at the federal or regional level
• Deep understanding of child and youth welfare, safeguarding, and child protection
• Knowledge in quality and impact-oriented management
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in committee work
• Experience in managing cross-departmental processes
• Experience in project and operational management
• Knowledge in budgeting
• Knowledge in strategic planning and market analysis

• Full-time (permanent position)
• 39 hours per week

• Role is nationwide with regular presence in Innsbruck and Vienna
