Take responsibility for the entire accounting and financial management of a corporate group, including the preparation of monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements. Leading several departments, coordinating with internal and external interfaces, and further developing commercial structures are key tasks.

Your responsibilities

Lead and develop departments with more than 12 employees
Ensure a professional organization of the accounting department
Prepare monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)
Ensure timely bookkeeping for multiple entities
Coordinate accounting, tax, and financial matters with interfaces
Collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, banks, and authorities
Prepare liquidity and financial planning
Conduct economic analyses to support management
Analyze existing processes to identify improvements
Drive optimization and digitalization projects

Your profile

Completed commercial training
Ideally, certification as a balance sheet accountant
Several years of leadership experience in finance and accounting
In-depth knowledge of accounting, consolidation, and UGB financial statement preparation
Experience in the development of employees and teams
Passion for fostering and developing employees
High IT affinity
Interest in process and digitalization projects
Structured, proactive, and responsible approach to work
Communicative personality with assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
