You will lead the Health & Safety division, taking full responsibility for occupational safety and health protection. Your core tasks include budget and results accountability, managing the H&S team, and advising the management and operational areas.

Your responsibilities

Taking full responsibility for the Health & Safety division
Managing the budget and results of the H&S division
Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Initiating cross-departmental improvement projects
Leading and developing the H&S team (both professionally and disciplinarily)
Advising the management and operational areas on occupational safety matters
Identifying, assessing, and managing risks in projects and at locations
Deriving and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures
Planning, conducting, and supporting internal and external audits
Representing the company in occupational safety matters to authorities, clients, suppliers, and external partners

Your profile

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university, or equivalent qualification)
Completed training as a safety specialist (SFK/Sifa)
Several years of leadership experience in international industrial plant construction with strong leadership, decision-making, and implementation skills
Experience on construction sites with a strong understanding of project and site-specific processes
Knowledge in quality management
Knowledge of ISO 9001
Knowledge of ISO 45001
Knowledge of ISO 14001
Business acumen and experience in budget planning and cost management
Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1) with a willingness to travel about 40%
