Head of Finance/Controlling

• Assume overall responsibility for finance, accounting, and controlling
• Lead a team of eight employees
• Foster the professional and personal development of employees
• Responsible for ongoing finance and controlling reporting
• Provide meaningful key figures to support decision-making
• Continuously develop processes, documentation, and standards
• Provide professional support for the ERP landscape
• Contribute to and further develop the BI landscape

• Completed commercial or business education with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in finance and accounting as well as controlling
• Experience in the professional leadership of employees
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems
• Knowledge of digital financial processes
• Experience with BI tools (QlikView / Qlik Sense) is an advantage
• Good German language skills
• Good English language skills
• High social competence, empathy, and a respectful leadership style
• Structured, responsible personality with clear communication and strong implementation skills
