The role involves strategic management and optimization of the entire supply chain with responsibility for production, material, and capacity planning. Key tasks include ensuring material availability, inventory optimization, and leading and developing the SCM team.

Your responsibilities

Lead and strategically develop the entire supply chain
Manage production, material, and capacity planning
Create and analyze demand and sales forecasts
Ensuring material availability
Optimize inventory and reduce delivery times
Manage and evaluate suppliers as well as oversee pricing and performance
Coordinate and optimize warehousing and transportation processes
Ensure sustainable and compliant supply chain processes
Lead and develop the SCM team
Further develop digital SCM processes and tools

Your profile

Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
Several years of leadership experience in supply chain management, ideally in a production environment
Experience in production planning
Experience in inventory management
Experience in supplier management
Knowledge in supplier negotiations and raw material and material management
Experience with national and international logistics processes
Proficient in SCM tools and ERP systems
Strong leadership and team skills
Analytical and strategic working style with a focus on process optimization
