Overall responsibility for planning, managing, and strategically advancing the supply chain of a production site. Key tasks include ensuring efficient end-to-end processes, digitalizing logistical operations, and leading and developing the teams in charge.

Your responsibilities

Development and management of the supply chain strategy at the Ried im Innkreis site.
Shaping the site strategy and deriving the supply chain alignment.
Establishing and optimizing sustainable end-to-end processes.
Ensuring transparent order, production, and delivery planning.
Implementing and managing inventory-optimized procurement management.
Ensuring the timely and adequate provision of raw materials and packaging materials.
Continuously improving logistics and material flow processes in coordination with production.
Participating in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and acting as an SAP key user.
Driving the digitalization of in-house logistics (e.g., BDE, MDE, automation).
Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of managers and teams.

Your profile

Completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
Several years of experience in a senior supply chain position in an industrial environment.
In-depth knowledge of process optimization.
In-depth knowledge of lean methods.
Knowledge of global supply chain standards.
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in digitalization projects.
Leadership experience and strong communication and assertiveness skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on mentality.
Excellent German and English skills (at least B2 level each).
